Laker Legion defeats Middleton, WI 5-2 in their final game of Gopher Classic weekend. Brody Nelson pitched a complete game 3-hitter with 9 strikeouts! Brody Hydeen caught the entire game and had 2 hits himself! Brody squared!

Laker Legion defeats Burnsville 10-2 in the opening game of Gopher Classic! Smuhl gets the win with 6 strong innings and 6 Ks. Eischens 2 hits and 3 RBI. Block 2 runs scored and 2 RBI. Back at it against Mankato National in a few minutes.

Laker Legion defeats East Ridge 10-3! Jaymin Eischens led the way with two homers and 4 RBI! Eischens and Miles Olson each had 3 hits!

Laker Legion defeats Rosemount 8-3! Miles Olson put himself in the PL history books by playing all 9 positions! He joins now coach Ross Hebel as one of three players to do it under coach Takuma Padilla.

Laker Legion is back in action after the holiday break tonight against Rosemount at 7pm at Memorial! Come out and cheer on the blue and gold as captain Miles Olson aims to play all 9 positions!

Laker Legion defeats Maple Plain 7-6 on a walk-off bunt single by Justin Smuhl! Nash Miller and Miles Olson led the offense with 3 hits each! Cole Brinkman had 2 hits including a 2-run single to tie the game in the 7th! Great comeback with 5 runs in the 7th inning!

Laker Legion hosts Orono Maple Plain tonight at 7pm at Memorial! See you there!

Laker Legion defeats Lakeville South 12-1 in 5 innings! Olson threw a complete game with 8 Ks to earn the win! Smuhl, Sorensen and Miller (not pictured) each had 2 hits! Salmela had a key 2-run single! Nelson created chaos on the bases! S/O Coach Flasher for fixing Cam’s glove!

Laker Legion defeats New Prague 10-2 in the home opener! Jaymin Eischens, Drew Brinkman and Brody Hydeen each had 2 hits. Justin Smuhl got the win with 4 strong innings. Luke Grayson and Eischens threw well in relief. Back in action Wednesday at Lakeville South at 6pm.

Laker Legion defeats Brandon, SD 14-8 in the first game of the day in Omaha! Eischens and Olson hit homers! Drew Brinkman and Hydeen each had 2 hits! The pitching staff of Smuhl, Abrahamson and Cole Brinkman threw well! Honorable mention: Sauer with 3 RBI!

Special shoutout to our senior class of 2026! You all helped lead the PL Baseball program to state for the first time ever and laid the groundwork for future seasons! A lifetime of memories for you and the whole community! Thank you seniors!

The Lakers season came to a close this afternoon with a 3-2 loss to Monticello in the state tournament consolation bracket. So much to be proud of with this group that went to new heights that Prior Lake baseball had never been before!

One last day in the blue and gold. The Lakers will close out the season today in the consolation bracket at Palm Field in St. Anthony. PL will take on Monticello at 11:30. With a win, the Lakers would then take on the Andover/CDH winner right away at 2 in the consolation final.

The Lakers fell to Farmington last night 10-1 in the state quarterfinals. Thanks to the entire Prior Lake community for coming out to CHS to support the blue and gold! Unforgettable experience!
