Hey @UPS, need some answers here. An elderly gentleman mistakenly sent me a bike in September that never arrived. UPS claims my housekeeper signed for it—no proof, no signature shown. This man relies on these sales for his retirement, and I’m trying to help him out. @UPS

@PLenkov That's so sad! What I did was add the original account as another account and also changed some things that worked. Maybe U can check & see if your account is floating around on X .Never had this on Twitter before X.
