Un jeune serveur aurait été accusé par l’artiste d’avoir volé 50 dollars, avant de subir des violences physiques brutales commises par des hommes en uniforme, sous ses yeux. Les faits se seraient déroulés au domicile de l’artiste à Kinshasa. Au cours de la soirée, Rebo Tchulo aurait remarqué la disparition d’une somme de 50 USD et aurait immédiatement pointé du doigt le serveur présent pour le service. Ce dernier a fermement nié les faits, provoquant une vive altercation verbale marquée d’insultes des deux côtés. Selon plusieurs sources, la chanteuse aurait alors contacté un proche décrit comme un haut gradé des Forces armées de la RDC (FARDC). Peu après, des éléments en uniforme seraient intervenus sur place. Le serveur aurait ensuite été « violemment pris à partie » dans la parcelle, subissant des actes qualifiés de torture physique par des témoins. L’agression se serait déroulée devant plusieurs personnes présentes, dont Rebo Tchulo elle-même. L’entourage du jeune homme s’inquiète aujourd’hui de son état de santé, qui reste préoccupant. Aucune information officielle n’a pour l’instant confirmé une plainte déposée, une arrestation ou l’ouverture d’une enquête par les autorités judiciaires ou militaires. Rebo Tchulo n’a pas encore réagi publiquement à ces allégations. Son entourage aurait toutefois commencé à sortir du silence sur les réseaux sociaux pour contester certaines versions des faits.
