We are only a year into our 1st contract, but grievances are piling up. Longevity Pay still owed. In the new year, a delegation of @philamuseum employees will be traveling around to meet with our city & state legislators about ongoing problems with management at the Art Museum.

Are you a salaried worker making less than $55,068? This rule change would mean your employer would have to:
- Raise your salary above $55,068
- Or pay you for any extra hours you work, and 1.5x after 40 hrs👍
