Grind camphor and mix it with Damatol, apply it in sections of your hair then wrap it with a thick nylon to create heat for some minutes. Once it gets unbearable, rinse it with sulphur shampoo. You can also use kerosene too. Cutting your hair or using relaxer won’t work. This worked for me and also, get rid of your previous hair tools and your bedsheet too

Guys, I'm dead🥹😭 My head has been itching me since last week and I sincerely thought it was normal. Fast forward to today, a particular side of my head was itching. So I traced the area with my hand. I found an insect, killed it and my blood splashed out. I wasn't even triggered until I explained to my hostel mates and they told me it's head lice (INA). They checked and found more. Asked them for a solution and they told me I have to loosen my braids and barb my hair. I seriously don't want to barb my hair. What can I do? Please don't air me, help a sister in need. Please help me.

If there’s anything I rate, it’s steady cash flow. Daily money. If I wasn’t freelancing, I’d rather run a business that brings money every day. That’s why even as a freelancer I’m very picky 🤏 hourly or weekly pay only. I don’t like working long periods and then “waiting” to get paid monthly. Now let’s be honest. Those skills you mentioned project management, programming, copywriting, SEO they’re solid. No doubt. But how many people in those spaces are actually getting consistent gigs, not struggling for months, not chasing clients, not doing free work to “build portfolio”? A nail tech, braider or lash tech can make ₦200k+ in 2–4 days. You’re a founder 👌respect. How much has your startup actually made in the last year? Not valuation. Real money. A skill isn’t useless because it’s hands on. It’s useless only when it doesn’t pay. If plumbing, welding, lash tech, hairdressing, carpentry etc pays you, own your work. Don’t let people who barely get gigs talk down on your hustle.

My biggest ick about social media is the fact that you see conflicting advices flying everywhere. Don't niche down Niche down Build in Public No, build in silence. The best thing? Omo just do you abeg And take advices from people you trust

Day 2 of Building Your Personal Brand in 2026 (For Beginners) Beginners don’t get ignored because they’re bad at content. They get ignored because there’s no reason to listen yet. Personal branding isn’t only about teaching what you know. You can also share: 1.) why you started 2.) what you’re learning 3.) the struggle (without constantly crashing out) 4.) questions that invite beginners and experienced people in You don’t need to sound like an expert to get noticed. Being relatable builds trust faster. And trust always comes before authority. Another thing that I can vouch for: Start a signature series that takes people from Point A to Point B. For example: 1.) Trying to Figure Out SMM So You Don’t Have To 2.) Learning SMM the Hard Way 3.) Things No One Told Me About SMM 4.) Becoming The Top 1% SMM Without Gatekeeping Give people a journey to follow.
