Here is fall workout schedule for softball, Tuesday 9/3 HS weight room 3/4:30, this is our only workout next week...Mondays in September & October 3/5:30 @ Manor Middle ( on field workout, weather permitting ), Tuesdays & Thursdays in September & October HS weight room 3/4:30

PM softball summer workouts will be held Monday & Wednesday mornings from 9-10:30 am in June & July ( no workouts the week of July 4th ) we will meet on the HS track & then go to the weight room. Workouts begin on June 17th.
