I am very confident that our aspiration to write a new narrative for the Philippine National Police will continue to live on and will find a champion in POLICE GENERAL CAMILO PANCRATIUS P CASCOLAN.

I did my best to leave a legacy as the father of our organization not in any structure or beliefs, but in causes that reflect my values and simple aspirations.

What I am today is the convergence of the contributions of many who guided me and supported me throughout my service. I am indeed greatly indebted to many in my humble success. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all who have walked with me on this path.

I thank the Almighty God for protecting me from the inherent dangers of being a police officer, and for all the blessings that he has showered me and my family.
