Complete radio silence on the fact that the street signage is wrong. This is what the sign says and, yes, that’s my house. The very first one that you come to.

Episode 2 of my @CALAHOMES saga. Minor progress. After last weeks tweet, the customer service team finally replied and the painter showed up to finish the banister. Should not have taken tweeting to get this resolved.

Folks, I would think very carefully before buying from @CALAHOMES Looks good on the surface but customer service is atrocious and build quality is questionable at best. Stay tuned for my weekly updates on this! Not likely to be very action packed.

Issue #4. Your customer service team never replies to emails. They completely ignore all of my enquiries.

@CALAHOMES After a year and a half, your customer service team has still not fixed the issues with my house. Terrible service and I would not recommend a CALA home.

Is this what your other customers in Aberdeen should expect with their new homes?

What a disappointment. I’ve contacted NHBC and will start posting pictures of the issues in the coming days.
