@POCOSupport I am using Poco X7 Pro and facing a serious issue. It shows 90W charging but still charges very slowly. Even after 1 hour, the battery doesn’t charge properly. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please resolve this ASAP.

Dear @s_anuj & @leijun sir, I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a giveaway prize that I won but have not yet received. On 1st January, I was announced as a winner in a contest conducted by @IndiaPOCO the prize for the contest was a POCO C85 5G device. On the same day as the winner announcement, I sent my details via DM to @IndiaPOCO but I did not receive any response. Later, on 21st January, the @POCOSupport team contacted me and requested my phone number, address, and email ID, which I promptly provided. On 5th February, when I followed up regarding the prize, the POCO Support team replied with the following message: "We would like to inform you that the dispatch process will commence shortly. The relevant team has been notified, and we will keep you informed with further updates when available." Around that time, I also received a verification call from the team of Xiaomi India to confirm my address details. However, despite waiting for several weeks, I did not receive any further update or the prize itself. I continued to follow up with @POCOSupport on 27th February, 1st March, and 16th March. Each time, I received the same response: "Kindly allow us some time. We will check with the team and guide you accordingly." At this point, the process has become quite exhausting for me as I have to repeatedly follow up without receiving any clear update or resolution. I kindly request you to look into this matter and help me receive my prize. I'm also attaching the relevant screenshots for verification. I would sincerely appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
