@POferries Hi, we had to cancel a journey due to sudden illness preventing us from travelling. No refund was given which I understood but if we'd not cancelled you would not have been able to re sell our booking.

@POferries how to I make a complaint about the ferry I’m about to disembark? The crew on the ferry are not interested and I’ve been sent from pillar to post to sort my issue. What a waste of time buying a club lounge ticket when incompetent staff cannot help deal with my issue

@William96041106 We do not as of yet have a confirmed release date for these. I would advise checking back in February. As we do not have the confirmed sailing schedule, we cannot guarantee they will be exactly the same, but should follow a similar pattern.

@POferries Thank you for replying, appreciate it. I've been trying again all various dates and not a single dog cabin available. Not sure if theirs a website booking fault?? I'll try to call when I get a chance. Unless you can tell me any dates a dog cabin is available for sure?

@POferries I'm trying and trying to book the ferry hull to Rotterdam with a car, dog, cabin. No matter what dates I select through the whole year... it doesn't allow me anything. Cabins all booked on every date. Is this right?

@POferries this cannot be right on your website what so ever! Who in their right mind would pay this price for one of your Holland Mini Cruises! Near £250pp with no option of extra night and you get between 4-6hrs hrs and then back on Ferry!
