@EwanClibensWhrl Or, alternatively, we could start the season later every year, making it shorter and shorter. And, play most of the games in July & August, when people normally holiday, especially if they have school age kids. 🤡

SL being winter rugby doesnt make any sense… WhSL however makes perfect sense! No clashes with big SL fixtures, no 40°+ halls, barely any competition for TV time, it just makes sense🤷♂️

How some people would prefer Super League to return to Winter rugby is beyond me. As good as Bevan French is, it wouldn’t be enjoyable sat in the Brick Stadium or stood at Cas away watching him play when it’s minus 5 degrees.

That happens to someone with a real disability that causes serious injury. Its ok though because some people would rather physicality than player safety

Agree 100% BUT crossroads is already behind us. Those the game was created for being increasingly excluded. An easy fix to halt the slide but the obsession is creating ‘Rugby League’ in wheelchairs! Fundamentally, it’s a lack of understanding of disabled participants.
