By law, your request to fill out a provisional ballot *cannot* be denied. Your provisional ballot will only be counted if your original ballot is not counted. Don't leave it to chance! Make sure your vote counts!

Early precanvassing shouldn't include scanning (ie counting, computing, and tallying) the votes. That means that early precanvassing bills should redefine "precanvassing" to exclude those steps. That would put Pa. in line with the majority of US states. Right now, none do that.
