June 23, 2020 - The day I learned about being HIV positive, I wrote this letter for my ex coz I needed a support system. Fast forward today, I still haven’t sent it and I don’t think I will. Pag nababasa ko to, it reminds me how I strong I was despite having no one, until now.

I had to reactivate this account. I want to celebrate those things that I cant share to other people that I know. I am officially UD after 6 months of taking ARV. This is the first time that I feel like celebrating because I am alive.

Out of curiosity question: if an UD guy had sex with someone not UD yet, what will happen? Will it increase the viral load of the UD guy?

A person living with #HIV & on ART is limitless. Current #ARV is the answer to all the could've & would've because #UequalsU is a free passage to be &do whatever you want. Not a cure, but a successful treatment that makes life expectancy even &HIV untransmittable. @PreventionAC

Every time na iinom ako ng gamot, hindi ako nalulungkot. Natutuwa ako. Kasi tuwing iinom ako ng gamot, hindi ako nareremind na may sakit ako, sa halip, nareremind ako na gumawa si Lord ng way para maituloy ko ang buhay ko sa kabila ng pagkakamaling nagawa ko. Happy Easter sibs!
