At Polling Unit 065, Garki Geological Garden, AMAC, only one registered voter was assigned to the unit. INEC deployed full electoral resources to this polling unit, including three presiding officer staff, security agents, and party agents; however, the sole registered voter did not turn out to vote. Meanwhile, a nearby polling unit with over 100 registered voters recorded higher turnout and could have accommodated this voter. This situation represents a misuse and inefficient allocation of electoral resources by INEC.
