They also violated 18 Pa.C.S.A. § 4952 by intimidating a witness (me) when SGT. Thomas McCarthy stated, “Give me your flash drive, or I’ll seize all your property.” Keep in mind we reported Daylen Tanner for trying to meet two 13 year old girl to do bad stuff with, and they didn’t even try to get his phone, despite the Exigent Circumstances. MONONGAHELA PD has a history of corruption that is clearly going on to this day.
