Pikes Peak Regional Building

A new Corwin Service Center is coming to the Powers Autopark on the east side of town. The new 43,000 sq ft building will be located at Austin Bluffs and Carrera Point. It is a $10.5 million project that will serve both the Honda dealership and the Toyota dealership.

Not a big month for apartment construction, but we did issue permits for 26 additional units. It’s not a new project, just an expansion of the Davis Apartments permitted last year at Research and Chapel Hills Rd. That complex is now 246 total units. #apartment #construction

Homebuilding in 2026 continues to roll. We issued permits for 336 new single family homes. That's exactly 100 more homes than last month and a 27% increase over March 2025. YTD Totals are now up to 851 new homes coming to the Pikes Peak region, a 30% increase. #housing #home
