These online assaults have made it increasingly difficult for PPSP to maintain a safe and caring presence on the platform.

In recent years, the organization has faced targeted attacks, including coordinated smear campaigns, misinformation about reproductive rights, and personal threats against staff and patients.

Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania’s decision to leave Twitter is driven by escalating harassment, hate speech and the spread of disinformation on the platform.

Abortion is essential health care. Planned Parenthood will keep fighting, no matter what, to provide abortion care, where legal — as well the information, and resources you need to control your body and your future.
