Major announcement!
After much deliberation and reflection about the state of our city, I decided to put my money where my mouth is and actually do something. I decided to run for Redmond City Council and bring accountability and transparency to the city government. @SocialSMktg Sort of. It's like creating a customer persona - but for one specific account. You can create a general account map for a business persona and map their journey and internal influences - its a lot of research and testing though.

The aspect that I do like about the challenger model is that it can totally change the customer's prospective of how the problem can be approached. If they're stuck on X being their best solution - a challenger can rebut.
