@Graiseconsult1 Ya i agree. Even stretching it out to 30 days i find gives grazed paddocks pleant time to green up and hopefully be ready for if growth does come. Feeding hard when its dry and clean outs are good is vital as feeding afer the weather breaks isnt as easy.

Irish advice for dry spells makes no sense, hold rotation at 20 to 25 days i totally agree with but saying you MUST hold AFC at 550+?? If your growth is below 30/day and rotation <25 days then you have no control over AFC dropping so don't get hung up on that one

Highly recommend this open day for farmers looking to learn about soil health and its knock-on effects on plant, animal and human health. Friday July 4th - mark it in the diary! #baseire

Farmers who have weekly or even daily YouTube videos, do you do all the editing yourself or do have a professional do it ?

@JerryMoloney1 Also to say go all protected Urea doesn't seem to me the best option. Every farm, field and more importantly days weather is different and farmers need to be flexible to use a variety of products depending on the context.

Used ProClovaXL on this field 10days ago. Seems to be a good kill on the docks and buttercups, while clover seems unaffected. Have to leave at least 3 weeks from spraying to mowing, so will know more by then👍
