So... Basically there's something called "The prefrontal cortex" The prefrontal cortex (also can be called PFC) is the brain’s executive command center, sitting at the front of the frontal lobes. It governs decision-making, impulse control, planning, and social behavior by integrating sensory, emotional, and memory signals. Acting as a top-down regulator, it keeps the amygdala and other emotional centers in check, preventing rash, inappropriate, or socially unacceptable actions more like makes you act like a civilized human. However when it malfunctions.... due to injury, disease, or developmental issues....(like yours) judgment falters, impulses run wild, and personality can shift, revealing just how crucial this “behavioral governor” really is. Social norms? Optional. Impulse control? Oh.. let's not talk about it :) Risky decisions and embarrassing comments suddenly become your signature move. Basically, it’s like your brain’s polite editor went on vacation and never came back.
