As perinatal community mental health teams for parents and babies are growing in England, this study provides a model that could help improve the effectiveness of the therapies being offered in these services (2/2).

This study identified three main themes for mothers (shifting self-blame, therapeutic relationship/formulation, and engaging with feelings) to improve self-understanding, self-compassion, and self-control, especially in the context of their relationship with their babies (1/2)
