I couldn't agree more @DreyfusJames. I listened to this too - and literally shook my head in disbelief. @LucyMPowell should be deeply ashamed of herself - dismissing discussion of the UK's utterly disgraceful (and ongoing) child-rape scandal as "trumpet-blowing" and "dog whistle" politics. Does she have any idea how utterly ridiculous and deeply irresponsible she sounds – to wave away intense human suffering in such a high-handed manner? Everyone knows that her party is desperate to avoid the national inquiry that is so obviously needed - seeing as "grooming gang" activity has happened largely within Labour-controlled local authorities and her leader was Director of Public Prosecutions when this national disgrace was at its zenith ... I've had my own fair share of people trying to shut down discussion of this vital issue on prime-time live broadcast shows - particularly on @bbcquestiontime after @elonmusk rightly highlighted the extent to which the wider world was agog at this spectacular failure of British governance – and under the circumstances I thought @montie did well to keep his cool ...

We took a break from our spanners and pcs today and honed our modelling skills. Thanks so much to Pennie Withers for relaxing us, making it fun and dodging the downpours. Only a matter of time before we hit the front cover of Vogue.

As National Apprenticeship Week draws to a close, here’s a visualisation of what it’s all about. Our current apprentice, Will, working alongside one of our senior techs, Paul. They’re both obviously enjoying it!

Many thanks to @bcot for inviting us to their apprenticeship recruitment fair. We spoke to lots of interested and interesting potential apprentices (and parents). We return with a fistful of CVs. An extremely well organised event, with delicious chicken tikka sandwiches.

Marvellously efficient service from @PRMotors1 this morning, car collected and returned by 10.45 am after MOT and Full Service.👏

We close tomorrow until 2023, when we will again be 'back on the spanners' delivering high quality, good value work with a smile. Happy Chirstmas everyone.
