why is my godson who was paralyzed from the neck down being held 23 hours a day on federal hold in a county jail that leaves them on the floor he lost his he’s paralyzed from two years ago and now they leave him alone 23 hours a day and Cole County Missouri and I can’t get anybody to do anything nine months nine months this has happened on a non-violent crime because they don’t have the facilities to take care of him. He’s had 10 infections of broken leg and nobody’s done anything to Cole County Missouri Jail nothing
