FULTON COUNTY, GEORGIA - WTH? When you have been tracking Election Night Reporting for as many cycles as I have, you start thinking you have seen it all. Well, time makes fools of us all. Last night Fulton delayed its reporting, of course. Unable to re-use a water pipe break, this time they needed a crisis actor to dress up like G.I. Joe to delay the poll closing and give them more time to plot. (This is how I read it. If proof comes out otherwise that there really was some sort of threat, well, sorry, but you've cried wolf too many times to be trusted, Fulton). When the results came in, they looked very strange in my reporting tool because I had not encountered this before (grrr now I have to refactor my code for next time. Thanks, Brad.). Normally, (meaning every other time I have witnessed), counties report the vote increases for all candidates in a race at once. Makes sense. This enables me to see how many votes were added (or sometimes removed) from each candidate at each update. Last night Fulton did something different. I am using the Republican Governor Primary as the example, but it was seen everywhere. Last night, at 11:13pm, the New York Times (through the Associated Press) had their first update, which showed votes for Carr, Jackson, Kirkpatrick, and Williams (The "first four"). 6 and a half minutes later, an update appeared that added votes for only Dean, Jones, Raffensperger, and Yasger. (The "last four") 16 minutes later (11:36pm) an update added votes for the 1st four again, with no votes added for the last four. The pattern continued with a total of 4 "dual updates". The last ones were small ones at 9:55 and 10:02 this morning. While this isn't something you can point your finger at and scream foul, it seems Fulton was counting, or at least reporting votes for groups of candidates separately. Why? Reporting from the election systems doesn't do that, I have seen those reports and they always include current counts (real or imagined) for all candidates in a race. What were you up to?

Right before the 2020 election, an election warehouse in Philadelphia was broken into. Election USB keys and a laptop were stolen, which compromised the entire election system. The 2020 election in Philadelphia proceeded with massive amounts of corruption and fraud transpiring. Number 1, who would break into an election warehouse, and number 2, they somehow knew EXACTLY what to steal to be able to manipulate elections. Coincidence? Absolutely not. This is called FRAUD.
