Just finished the @nessmarathon in 5:21. A bit slower than I’d hoped but I made it, and that’s the main thing. I was running for @alzscot who do amazing things for people with dementia. I was also running in memory of my dad who passed away from Alzheimer’s just a few weeks ago.
