ESPN writer Bill Barnwall said that teams around the league still believe C.J. Stroud is a very valuable QB assets but are glad that the contract extension isn’t their decision to make: “I asked a handful of people around the league about Stroud and his potential trade value if the Texans choose not to sign him to a long-term contract and generally got two responses. One was an immediate response that he's still a really valuable quarterback. The other was a long pause and a sigh before something far less confident came out of the other person's mouth. "I'm glad it's not my problem" is what I heard from one team that already has its quarterback under contract.” Barnwell still believes Stroud would be worth “2 first round picks & more.”

I've been in the weeds bringing sanity to the masses about QB rankings this week.
This take, however, has set the sport back roughly 690 years. Just staggering.
If the Broncos called the Ravens and offered Nix for Lamar straight up, I have the following questions:
- How long would DeCosta laugh before needing medical attention?
- How many picks would the Broncos need to attach to make DeCosta stop laughing?
- What is the thing Nix does better than Lamar? Is there a single thing? Because it's not playing quarterback.

Did you skip Moss leading the NFL in passes defended? He gave up less yards after the catch, per reception, than J-Mac, and it wasn't close. Lower comp. % too.

Moss was covering Tee Higgins who went for 130 yards and 3 TDs on 11 catches.

Last season the Bungles were smoked. In 2024, both Higgins and Chase had big days and over 100 yards. Who was Moss covering?

Your opinion doesn’t change the outcome. His penalties were game changers.
VJ also allowed Jeudy to rack up 200+ yards and multiple TDs and 70 points to the dolphins so I’m not taking his opinion as the end all be all

I remember some of the calls against Moss. The refs were bad. Even PS2 was mocking the refs. VJ prefers Moss opposite Surtain. Do you think you know better?
