Today’s in the room meeting kicked off with an inspired intro from our regional President Duncan to watch what the experts do and then adapt to do it your own way.

First up today we had a wonderful workshop led by the professional, confident and warm @JacquiAharper - Helping us better understand how we can each build our own professional personal presence. And how important it is for us to take control of this. #psauki @psauk

Our final speaker today is Jon Baker @DivingJon with his keynote talk about introverts. He challenges the myths of introversion and explains how a better understanding of what makes someone an introvert can help make us better speakers. #introverts #introversion #psauki @psauk

After a fab networking supper break our showcase co-ordinator Duncan Bhaskaran Brown introduced and explained the next section of our meeting. Alison North then introduced our two showcase speakers and arranged for them to receive 1-2-1 and also group feedback #psauki @psauk

Our new Vice President @Lis_Allen is now introducing the first of two spotlight speakers. They will each introduce themselves and then take questions for just a few minutes. Big laugh when Lis insisted she be known as Vice President Lis - Or VPL 🙄😜😂 @psauk #psauki

Our new Regional President Alastair Greener @PresentSelf welcomes members and visitors to our first meeting in 2020 (and his first meeting as Regional President) We’re not in our usual room so things are a little cosy today! @psauk #psauki
