@PSIServicesLLC I took my CCMA exam on Monday Feb 23rd at 5 am and its been more than 4 days, I am waiting for my results. I called NHA multiple times and each time I am told its still processing, even though standard turnaround is 48 hours. The delay is affecting my job hunting.

@PSIServicesLLC is there a way to actually check the Jefferson City Mo office status (prior to arrival) - or maybe send out email? i.e. internet was down when my spouse arrived for the test. I checked status page on the website and didn't even see that location listed.

Do not EVER try to take a online test with @PSIServicesLLC they will charge you and penalize you for a test that they won’t even allow you to take because of technical issues on their end ‼️
