CopStrong is Police Scotland's functional strength and conditioning programme, designed for police officers to obtain and maintain operational fitness. Yesterday, Course 05/25 participated in an intense CopStrong cardio circuit session. 🏃🏻 #LifeOfAProbationer

It was a wet and windy drill session for Course 05/25 last Friday afternoon. The new police officers were introduced to dressings as part of preparations for their Passing Out Parade drill display in May. #LifeOfAProbationer
