Chuck had a distinguished career including academic appointments at the Citadel (1966-1967), University Delaware (1970-1972), and the University Illinois, Champaign (1972-1981), these were followed by extensive work for the United States Olympic Committee. (2/2)

With sadness we note that Charles (Chuck) Dillman (1942-2023) has passed away.  Chuck received both his MS (1966) and PhD (1970) degrees from the Biomechanics Lab at Penn State University under the supervision of its founding director Dick Nelson.  (1/2)

Shubo Lyu earned her PhD in @pennstateime in 2021 and Yang Lu is now pursuing his PhD, both in the Biomechanics Lab and co-advised by Andris Freivalds and @StephenJPiazza , and today they got married! Best wishes to Shubo and Yang as they begin their new lives together!
