@BayernAusBoston I’m not American and have no skin in the game here. But I agree it seems obvious US improved rapidly once they had more players in Europes top leagues.

We gave MLS exactly what they wanted once. All the USMNT stars in Europe took an early retirement to MLS during their primes, every USMNT player was in MLS or Liga MX. They axed a foreign coach and replaced him with a member of the old boys club straight out of MLS. We got this

No coach is getting to the quarterfinals with a terrible goal keeper and a 38 year old center back who shouldn’t be playing pro soccer anymore. Give Poch a chance with a better player pool
