We're thrilled to announce that P.S. ARTS is one of many recipients for this year's @LACountyArts @CountyofLA Organizational Grant Program! This grant directly supports our music education program in the Lawndale Elementary School District which serves 3,000 students!

Two weeks ago we trained up our skills in arts integration coaching! Thanks to all who participated. We're so excited for you all to support more educators to integrate the arts with their general education lessons.

Jean-Michel Basquiat: KING PLEASURE and P.S. ARTS presents Family Art Night! This Thursday, July 6, tour the exhibit and join us for a workshop where participants will create their own pieces inspired by Jean-Michel. It's first-come-first-served from 5 - 6 PM so book tickets now!

P.S. ARTS is taking the week off! The office is closed from July 3 - July. We will resume regular hours on Monday July 10. Happy summer!

Meet Edlin, Program Coordinator for Classroom Studio! A Los Angeles native, Edlin graduated from USC and has experience working with several local nonprofits. She'll be working with Teaching Artists and partners within the Lynwood Unified School District. bit.ly/3Xt3rl3

Our Inside Out Community Arts program wrapped up another great session at Foshay Learning Center. The students wrote and performed a show about bullying called "Can You Hear Us Now?" Thank you to the entire P.S. ARTS community for making this performance possible.
