@KySportsRadio Everyone freaking out when we were told it would be by Monday. Stop listening to people who know nothing. It was always going to be by Monday. It’s only Friday in case anyone is confused.

Louisville zoomed today with Milan. I am told their offer remains the same, which is likely slightly less of a number than Kentucky. Arizona is also less as well Kentucky has done all it can so now it’s just whether Milan wants to play here.

@beerandtokens Free TV still exists. You can still go to the movies at the theater and they had to pay for that landline and pay much extra for long distance calls. Long distance meant literally anything outside of your area code. The world is different but wants and needs are different things.

Again, this is a total different world. You didn’t buy Netflix and all of that. But TV was free. Now it’s not. You went to the movies, now people watch them on Amazon Prime. You need a cell phone to exist in today’s world. You had a land line. “We were frugal”. No.. you just existed in a world that was different and had less financial demands.
Todd Nida@ToddNidasqM

Back in the 70s we didn't take lavish vacations and didn't spend on iPhones, Netflix, Prime, Paramont +, internet, Amazon, DoorDash, and dining out all the time. Nowadays, people just choose to spend their money differently. Apartments were not luxury with exercise rooms, rooftop pools, and balconies. It was just different. Much more simple and money went a lot further.

@RobProvince My dad and mom never drank a drop of alcohol. My dad worked 2 jobs most of my childhood and we drove a car that didn’t even need a key to start. We literally had to block off half of a 700sqft house to afford to heat it. Seriously, what do these people think?

@RBPundit Gen X here. Most of the food we ate came from a garden. We didn’t get fast food hardly ever. Maybe once per month at best. Things are way better now than in the late 70’s and ‘80’s. It’s really not even close.

A few interesting Jerone Morton analytics/statistics... +98th percentile of points per possession via isolation last season. +83rd percentile in usage & 87th percentile of points per possession as the pick-and-roll ball handler. +Shot 44.2% on 3's off of the dribble.
Brandon Ramsey@BRamseyKSR

The Zoom Action crew is back in the film room this morning recording a NEW episode that will release on the KSR YouTube Channel later today. @ZGeogheganKSR & I will be breaking down Kentucky native Jerone Morton in this one Morton is a veteran combo guard that shot 38.8% from 3

@RoushKSR I’ll give Jeff a pass. Live TV would be difficult and he’s never made a blunder like that in 50 seasons. He owned it.

A CBS editing error just ruined the suspense built for the Survivor 50 fire making challenge. A budget that big and they still blundered a huge finale. Incredible.

UPDATE: I got to speak with Ryan for the first time today since his surgery last Monday and he asked me to share this update. He had complications after the surgery which has caused a long hospital stay. It’s been difficult for him with lots of pain and issues. However for the first time, things have started to get a little better. He sounded good and his recovery has progressed. He wants to thank everyone for the love and looks forward to joining us again as soon as possible.

@jacetheukfan Gotta keep BBN engaged, so I expect this mystery to stay in the narrative. But I agree with you, even though I have zero info. It just makes more sense for him. More money and another year to mature as a player.

@BRamseyKSR I could not understand why some of our fans weren’t more positive about him. I guess the timing of the announcement had something to do with it but even before that I saw people being negative about him. I’ll take a 6’7”-8” 235lb 40% 3pt shoot all day every day!

The more film I watched of Justin McBride the more excited I got about his addition. Kentucky is getting a veteran, highly skilled forward that will provide instant floor-spacing in the front court. Check out my full film breakdown below!
KSR@KSRonX

What is Justin McBride bringing to BBN? Take a look inside the KSR Film Room and you'll see: - Perimeter shot-making - Scoring off the dribble - Size and strength around the rim MORE: on3.com/teams/kentucky…

@jemelehill It’s weird no matter the gender. Period. There is zero value to it. Period. As an athlete, I would have been horrified by it. Not everyone is comfortable being naked around other people. Period!

As someone who has been in out and of locker rooms their entire career, the rule for the NBA is that there was a 10-minute cooling off period and then all reporters were allowed in the locker room. The WNBA used to be this way as well. You aren’t allowed in the shower area. And most times when an athlete exited the shower to their locker, a lot of us would turn our backs to allow them privacy. I can tell you in my years covering the W, I rarely saw players naked or near nudity. They usually just waited until the access period was over. As for the men, a lot of them didn’t care. They were fine with being interviewed in the nude. And while people might find this weird, the locker room access time is very valuable. You get to talk to all the players and build rapport.
Syd✨@ForeverSydneyy

Male reporter complaining that the WNBA doesn’t have an open locker room policy. Gross. In fact no sport should have one. That time and space is for them. They should have their privacy too. We don’t need to hear from or see them when they’re showering and changing.
