In collaboration with Rebel Wellness, Silver Lake Commons held chair zumba for our residents. The chair-based exercise was led by "CC" and featured Latin and international rhythms. What a fun way to stay fit!

Makeover Monday! Residents living at The Willows skilled nursing community on our Oakmont campus had the chance to get a makeover! Lookin' good, everyone!

A St. Justin Plaza resident, Victoria, led a painting class. Along with painting a beautiful sunflower, the residents were treated to lunch, door prizes, and many desserts made possible by the generosity of Victoria. All had a great time!
