The more we work with training athletes to acquire/enhance a skill, the less “thinking” should occur. Many cases a pitcher will ask “you got a cue for that” before doing rep 1. Do the drill/move - what did you feel? Did you complete the task? Good now we have a “cue” for that.

If you don’t throw strikes, don’t have a good secondary pitch, need more velo, or have problems staying healthy. It’s time to change how you move. Period.

East Rowan golf won today at Twin Oaks. Austin Miller shot 37 to lead Mustangs. Colby Pattesron 40. Cole Mabry and Alex Miller shot 43s. West Rowan's Davis Tadlock was medalist with a 36. Carson led by Andrew Burke's 40.
