there’s so much indiscipline going on around us now that’s out of control and it’s even being celebrated. now more than ever, we need to bring back the spirit of KAI (kick against indiscipline) and all we need are a few scapegoats and visible consequences.
if you’re caught assaulting women, you should be documented as a s*xual offender and publicly disciplined in the middle of the market or at the junction of your community - for all to see.
now let’s get one thing very clear: assault, harassment, victimization, bullying, and even falsely accusing someone of something they did not do, are all crimes that must not go unpunished. but because of the sensitivity of these matters, we cannot possibly address all of them at the same time, but as it is, we must start from somewhere and the most prevalent takes precedent.
maybe if shame is reintroduced into the society, then this rubbish people are trying to normalize will start to reduce.
