His name is Gianluca and his restaurant is L’Ombelico Del Mondo in Montisi,Tuscany, Italy. He made the best meal I have ever had with amazing pasta, local wine and his mom’s homemade meat loaf. A cozy atmosphere where it felt like we were eating in his personal kitchen. Perfect!
