GOLD MEDAL GAMEDAY. LET’S GO BOYS. 🇺🇸 One game for glory. Leave nothing behind. Tune in on ESPN2 at 4 p.m.

You’ll never play at the next level if you’re not a physical dodger. Physicality comes in many forms: trucking your man or running him over, getting into his body after you make a move, hostage dribble, turning the corner, cutting him off, trip moves, rip moves, post ups…. there are endless ways to be physical. No matter how big or small you are, physical dodging will allow you to gain or retain angle. It’s simple: either you’re going to initiate contact your defender, or he’s going to initiate it on you. If you are smaller athlete you must use deception to slam your guy if his feet are set to catch him off guard, and if you get into him suddenly and abruptly when you’re on the run, he will have one foot or no feet on the ground. We work on this with with our JM3 Athletes and so should you!
