@KristyT My CVS pharmacy only lets you leave voicemails and you have to wait for them to call you back (they rarely do). I’ve learned that the best way to talk to a pharmacist is to call the front store and basically force them to walk the phone back to the pharmacy lol

I started doing this with cvs. It is almost impossible as a customer to get a pharmacist on the phone. So now I press the number for “are you a doctors office calling” and I get a person every time.

I needed to update a hotel reservation today, so I called them. A prompt asked me to press 1 if I was making a new reservation or 2 if I had an existing reservation. I pressed 2. It asked me to leave a message, and they would get back to me. Instead of leaving a message, out of curiosity, I called back and pressed 1. They picked up immediately and handled my request. I've said it before, and I'll say it again - it shouldn't be easier to get to a sales rep than a customer service rep. When this is the reality, it says a lot about a company culturally and what it prioritizes.
