Exactly what we feared would happen. @Ticketmaster gave the floor seats to scalpers/bots. No site protections. @taylornation13 this is so incredibly disappointing to so many fans. Floor seats are thousands of dollars on resale now, in an instant.

@ErasTourResell Me. Been close, only to get kicked out two times when the tickets were in my cart and never given a special code for another attempt.

Missing the days where it was more equal to purchase tickets. Instead the market is monopolized by bots and driving prices to a cost point higher than a monthly mortgage. This is not OK!!!

And then tonight, trying for LA. I was shown what was available and went to purchase and then given an error message. Then told I was not a verified fan.

@Eras_Resale Makes you miss the days where you had to wait in line to get tickets. I got to sneak peek and see what was available just to get an error message when I tried to buy and then given the message that I’m not allowed in as I’m not verified. 😭 $234 for floor seats

Any random drops will likely only be for verified fans Unfortunately, waitlisted fans have been let into the queues less and less. Unregistered fans unfortunately don’t stand a good chance either :(

@theParkingSpot @laxatak Unable to find where to send a complaint. Took 30 min for a shuttle to arrive at PHX, when there were 3 prior shuttles that arrived for the 2nd location of the parking spot I could have been home in that time. Not convenient!!!
