This woman ordered a salad at chick-Fil-a & noticed her name which is Amber on the salad box which they normally do when you order,but then she noticed they put “BF” after it. She’s questioning whether that is “BF” for Black female. If so why would they think that’s okay to do.

I have mixed feelings about the Confederate flag. While it was the banner of the Democratic South, which fought to preserve slavery during the Civil War, it’s part of our national history and should be preserved as such. However, I would personally never fly one as I understand its history and do not support what it represents.

These taxes were intentionally designed as Jim Crow mechanisms—also instituted and enforced by the Southern Democratic Party—to disenfranchise newly enfranchised Black Americans and poor, working-class whites.

This black woman is talking about how in the 1960s they had to pay a poll tax to vote of $2-$3 dollars which is what they made so they had to make a choice of what to do and she voted.
