🏫 Del Oro High School 202 Schools in 202 Days — Today we highlight Del Oro High School! Founded in 1959, Del Oro High School in Loomis has always embodied the strength of community. In fact, the Golden Eagle Stadium was built with the help of students and the Loomis community, a testament to the school’s deep local roots and pride. Athletically, Del Oro has set the standard across the Sac-Joaquin Section with an incredible 85 team section titles — a true legacy of excellence. 202 Schools in 202 Days — Today we highlight Colfax High School!
Founded in 1959, Colfax takes pride in its deep community roots, with 40% of its teaching staff being CHS alumni.
Athletically, the Falcons girls basketball team has a long-standing history of excellence and championships with 43 consecutive playoff appearances.
Notable alumni include Scott Owens (Former Placer County DA), Marcus Arness (OC for Arizona State University), and more who’ve contributed greatly to their fields.
