Prince William County Office of Elections
PWC's busiest early voting day for satellite locations opening was 5,325 voters in 2020. The busiest first weekend day of early voting was 4,678 voters in 2024. PWC voters smashed those records today with over 7,300 early voters who had little to no wait to vote.  #PWCVotes

I voted YES to redistricting to help level the playing field & make sure Virginians can fight back against Trump's power grab. This TEMPORARY measure will help balance out the President's direct call on Red states to find him more seats. I hope you will join me and VOTE YES!

Virginia Legislative Black Caucus
Virginia Legislative Black Caucus@VaBlackCaucus·
As Women’s History Month comes to a close, The Virginia Legislative Black Caucus celebrates the 24 African-American women currently serving in the Virginia General Assembly. The highest number ever! Standing on the shoulders of The late Senator Yvonne Miller, who was the first Black Woman to serve in the General Assembly, this astounding group of legislators also includes historic firsts: • Senator L. Louise Lucas, first Black Woman to Serve as President Pro Tempore of the Senate of Virginia • Senator Mamie Locke, first Black Woman to Serve as Chair of the Senate Caucus • Delegate Charniele Herring, first Black Woman to Serve as House Majority Leader Charniele Herring (not pictured: Senator Mamie Locke & Delegate Nicole Cole)

We are so honored and grateful. Thank you Congressman Vindman for honoring our baby. The days without her have been the most difficult, but seeing her story used to help others gives us so much hope for other families like ours.
Congressman Eugene Vindman@RepVindman

Today, I introduced the Candis King Hope for Sickle Cell Families Act — named in honor of a young sickle cell warrior from Virginia who we lost far too soon.   This bill would restore a program that helped researchers and policymakers improve care and treatment options for those living with sickle cell disease.

#TeamGuzman was excited to attend the #NoKings Protest in DC with @AFSCME! We are taking the streets today because when working people unite, we can overcome any threat to our jobs and communities. The billionaires trying to silence our unions and our democracy won’t win.

Over 150K early votes so far in Virginia redistricting referendum 27K on Friday which was first day of more votes than 2025 equivalent day (23K) Good turnout so far and should clear 1M early votes Suggests engagement given Virginia usually doesn’t have referendums in Spring
