When the principal of Canyon Hills Je High tries to tell parents the @usedgov ‘s History Rocks mandatory assembly is nonpartisan on the same day the Dept of Ed tweets out this. Lol, okay.
Maybe families should keep their kids home all next week. Enjoy those loss of funds Sonja.

The community is planning a protest. Many parents are keeping their kids home for the day. And some students are planning to walk out.
This event was planned, and the lack of notification was also planned.
CVUSD chose to keep this political stunt
quiet from parents.

Notification of the History Rocks! assembly was sent at 1pm today, less than 48 hrs before the event (an event that has been planned for months).
This assembly is touring the US, stopping in each state. At previous events Erika Kirk surprised the kids- WITHOUT PARENTS NOTIFIED.

@pylusd it is our understanding that Ms. Farley is also a substitute teacher in the district. This is extremely worrisome given there should be no reason a grown adult should have seen pictures of a child in the bathroom. What will admin do about this?
