Gen MM Naravane Breaks Silence On Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi Row “Unfair To Drag Army” Former Army Chief Gen MM Naravane has responded to the political controversy triggered after Congress MP Rahul Gandhi cited excerpts from his unpublished memoir in the Lok Sabha. An HR manager, Nida Khan (also referred to as "Lady Captain"), was named as an accused for alleged negligence and failure to act on complaints.
