Saturday ending with an uncommon surgery. A ureteral dilatation with urinary calculus that we explored. We found a ureterocele (an anomalous saculation of the ureter) with calculus and we performed the endoscopic treatment of this anomaly and then we fragmented the calculus.

TARGET, meeting of Brazilian Society of Urology. The point was locally advanced and metastatic hormone sensitive prostate cancer. Together with amazing physicians. Outstanding!!!

Flexible ureteroscopy combined with laser lithotripsy. Dust technique: utilization of high Fr and low PE settings to break stones into submillimeter fragments for spontaneous passage without the need for basket retrieval.
