XP Day on @AbstractChain ✳️
78k here. Pretty happy considering my low activity this week.
As some of you already know, I’ve been vibecoding to bring my own game to Abstract and putting a lot of hours into it.
In the meantime, the only thing I’ve been doing on Abstract is the daily races in Moody’s ghost mode.

Wave 6 is done and I secured another Tier 14 Treasure, which makes five maxed-out waves, one near-max. Combined with my Beta & Voyages treasures, I am pretty confident I have one of the best stack of chests. @HollanderAdam previously stated this would be the last wave in the Rewards Rrogram. Everyone who wanted to position themselves had their shot. This is effectively the snapshot as far as the Rewards Program allocation is concerned. At least, that's my interpretation.
Some of you are probably wondering why I'd blow another $27K+ on a max tier after writing what I wrote. The answer is boring: I already went all-in. Every dollar I had already went into this. Walking away from a position I've been building for over a year because I'm upset about a delay would be stupid. So I scraped together everything I could to make this chest happen. And I mean everything.
This is it. Nothing left. No reserve, no backup. This makes me or breaks me and I'm fully aware of what that means given the FUD this platform receives daily. The bet is placed.
@OpenSea isn't even my only all-in.
I was #2 on @shape's Stack Leaderboard. Spent between $30K - $40K on NFTs through Shape, money I genuinely could not afford, because I believed in the team and wanted to be positioned early. The $SHAPE token launched with a day-1 @krakenfx listing, a real L2 with real utility from a team that ships. My allocation was generous. But it currently sits at around $5K, a fraction of what I spent, and that's before accounting for the time and energy of climbing that stack every single day while most people couldn't be bothered.
This isn't a shot at the Shape team. A token's price is in the market's hands. But #SHAPE below $400K market cap, for an L2 with a Kraken listing, is ridiculous by any standard and far worse than the worst scenario I had imagined. This is unfortunately also reflective of the NFT crowd; why aren't you showing up?
So here I am. All-in on two projects the market has either ignored or dismissed. No exit, no hedge. Just conviction and an empty wallet.
I either positioned myself at exactly the right time, when everyone else faded NFTs and prices were at their lowest, or I buried myself alive betting against a crowd that turned out to be right.
We'll find out ...

Odyssey MVP is out! This is a project @Jebus and I have been working on full time for the past year, bootstrapped and mostly self-funded (along with a few generous angel checks 🙏). I'm proud that we've dedicated ourselves to building something real, with full conviction, during a time in this industry where it feels like capital is constantly being burned with little to show for it. In the past year, almost every consumer crypto startup and attempt at decentralized social has either failed or pivoted to some form of zero-sum token markets/gambling. This isn't to say many of those teams weren't brilliant. Building applications, especially in consumer, is difficult and experimental in nature. If you ask someone for advice, they'll probably tell you not to pursue consumer. It's the hardest path, nearly impossible to raise funding for (especially right now), and asks founders to attempt the lofty goal of creating something that's useful to a lot of people, not just a few. And yet, here we are. If you want to see consumer crypto succeed, you should try Odyssey. This is an app you can onboard your normie friends into, that doesn't ask you to gamble away your funds, that integrates crypto in a way that makes the product better. 💜 @OdysseyAILabs
