With NIL and the college transfer portal, the game has shifted. Colleges are going after grown men now. Older players. Transfers. Dudes who already been in college weight rooms and played real snaps. This week at the AFC Coaches Convention, Coach Jackson (PVAM)said it straight up: 👉🏾He’s recruiting 18 and over. And trust me—he wasn’t the only coach saying that. So let’s be honest: 🎯 It’s harder than EVER for a high school kid to go straight D1. Less scholarships. More competition. Zero patience. But don’t get it twisted—this ain’t a “give up” message. This is a lock in message. If you really want it: •You gotta work when nobody watching •You gotta handle your business in the classroom •You gotta stop chasing stars and chasing growth The path might not be sexy anymore: Some of y’all gonna go JUCO Some D2 or NAIA Some gonna sit, wait, grow, and grind That don’t mean you lost.
