Also its a global multinational league, how can a national federation even have a slight impact, when there is a global rulebook that has to be prioritized?

Considering I see an issue such as this one every season I wish they would hear us out again, just like other TOs are

If only there was a swiss made, easily-implementable, neutral refereeing system available to all tournament organizers who would wish to either avoid or at least mediate such cases with the Swiss esports community in a proper way. 😬 This just frankly saddens me...

@Paddi_gg The rule states this very clearly, implement specific ACs you trust then. Also how is it a legal topic if you ban a player from competing in your own tournament? ESL is the host and not accepting someone is legally totally fine?

@remoblaser Well if the rule is interpret as you would like to have it applied, what's stopping me from creating a 3rd party anti cheat tool and just ban tier 1 players? When do you have to consider a 3rd party AC as solid enough to justify a ban? Also, this would be a legal mess.

@remoblaser Pretty sure this is for VAC bans and FACEIT Bans just translates to league bans. (No insider info just talking out of my arse)
