🔥 NAP DOUBLE - NEWMARKET FRIDAY 🔥 1.15 Newmarket – Brussels (Top 2 Finish) 2.57 Newmarket – Precise (Top 3 Finish) ODDS: 2.22 💥 💬 Side Note: You can also play the straight win double for those chasing the higher reward – ODDS: 5.51 – but reduce the stakes accordingly. Worth noting too that bet365 have a Super Boost on Brussels (Win), pushed from 2.10 ➜ 2.75, which adds a bit of extra spice if you prefer the single play. Brussels – 1.15 Newmarket (Top 2 Finish) Aidan O’Brien’s Brussels looks tailor-made for this drop back to 5f. The colt has done little wrong all season – five starts, one win and a cracking second in the Group 1 Middle Park Stakes here last month, where he was only caught late on by a top-class rival. That performance stands out as the clear form line in this race. He travelled powerfully that day, showed blistering pace to take it up a furlong out, and just got reeled in close home – suggesting a sharper test would play right to his strengths. Dropping in class today, he meets rivals with plenty to find on official figures. On ratings and collateral form through Kansas, Brussels has them covered by several lengths. The son of Wootton Bassett is still learning, but each run has been a step forward, and his Middle Park run screamed “Group 3 winner in waiting.” A stiff 5f at HQ looks the perfect setup – pace to burn, class edge to spare, and ideal ground. He should be right in the firing line from the break, and anything close to a repeat of that Group 1 run makes a Top 2 finish extremely likely. Precise – 2.57 Newmarket (Top 3 Finish) The form filly in the yard right now – Precise has done nothing but progress with every start. Her profile is bulletproof: 4 runs, 3 wins, including the Group 3 Prestige Stakes and the Group 1 Moyglare Stud Stakes. That latest victory showed real class – she was slow away, raced wide without cover, yet still found gears to quicken clear of quality rivals. What makes her stand out is her blend of speed and stamina. The step up to a mile looks the natural progression – she finishes her races like she’s crying out for it. With Christophe Soumillon booked again and the yard in flying form, everything points toward another big run. There’s plenty of depth in this Group 1 renewal, but Precise’s level of form already matches the best of them. She’s shown she can handle any ground, any trip between 7f-1m, and crucially, she’s still improving. A strong traveller who finds plenty late, she’s the one they’ll all have to get past when the race heats up. Expect her to be ridden cold, come with a sweeping late challenge, and once again show that touch of class that’s made her one of O’Brien’s brightest juveniles. Top 3 looks the minimum expectation – she’s the benchmark in this division.

“The @racingblogger documentary is finally out. ❤️ Thanks for all the support over the years, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did filming it.” bit.ly/3Pa66NF
